Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Kavix provides a personalized cinematic experience. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to use the Kavix service. Individuals under the age of 18 may only utilize the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Our native mobile application and Android APK are provided "as-is" for your personal use.

3. Content Ownership

You are responsible for all content uploaded to the service. You represent that you own or have the necessary licenses to use and authorize Kavix to use all intellectual property in your content.

4. Billing, Payments & APKs

Unlocking the full cinematic series is available for a one-time fee of ₹199.00 (Inclusive of GST). Optional personal support (e.g. help with creation) charges ₹100 extra. This purchase includes full lifetime access to all episodes and the option to download our native Android Application (APK).

5. Intellectual Property

The Kavix service, including all content provided by Kavix (graphics, logos, cinematic engine), is the property of Kavix and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Private Series Access & Security

Creators may designate any series as Private. When a series is set to Private, the creator must configure a unique username (email or phone number) and password. Recipients must authenticate via the Kavix sign-in portal before viewing any content.

Upon successful authentication, a cryptographically signed HTTP-only cookie (HMAC-SHA256) is set in the recipient's browser, providing persistent access for 30 days without re-authentication. This cookie cannot be forged, read, or modified by client-side JavaScript.
